Job Description
Observing, guiding, supervising, and assessing children in the classroom environment.
Developing lesson plans, independent learning exercises, curricula, and methods tailored to the needs of individual children.
Creating and maintaining a safe, clean, and stimulating classroom environment where all children feel valued and secure.
Establishing rapport and building relationships with students based on trust.
Setting a positive example for students and instilling values such as honesty, accountability, understanding, tolerance, respect, love, and kindness.
Monitoring and assessing student progress, as well as writing reports.
Ensuring availability and proper functionality of classroom supplies and equipment.
Updating records on the school database and handling administrative tasks.
Participating in school activities and accompanying students on field trips.
Interviewing and assisting with the training of new teachers.
Time : 9am to 5pm 1 day off in a week
