Job Description

कामको जिम्मेवारी:

  1. विभिन्न प्रकारका मोमोको filling, dough र आवश्यक सामग्री तयार गर्ने।

  2. तोकिएको recipe र quality standard अनुसार मोमो तयार गरी पकाउने।

  3. मोमोको स्वाद, आकार, मात्रा र presentation मा एकरूपता कायम राख्ने।

  4. किचन तथा मोमो बनाउने कार्यक्षेत्र सफा र व्यवस्थित राख्ने।

  5. खाद्य सामग्रीको उचित भण्डारण तथा hygiene मापदण्ड पालना गर्ने।

  6. Food wastage कम गर्ने र आवश्यक सामग्रीको stock बारे Chef/Supervisor लाई जानकारी दिने।

  7. ग्राहकको अर्डरअनुसार समयमै मोमो तयार गर्ने र Supervisor/Chef ले दिएको अन्य सम्बन्धित काम पूरा गर्ने।

    Note:

    Duty Hour: 8-10 Hours
