मोमोको पिठो तथा फिलिङ (भित्री सामग्री) तयार गर्न सहयोग गर्ने
मोमोको गुणस्तर, आकार तथा स्वाद कायम राख्ने
अर्डर अनुसार मोमो समयमै तयार गर्ने
मोमो स्टीम, फ्राई तथा आवश्यक तयारीको काम गर्ने
किचनको सरसफाइ तथा हाइजिन मापदण्ड पालना गर्ने
खाद्य सामग्रीको सही प्रयोग तथा भण्डारण गर्ने
किचन स्टाफसँग समन्वय गरी प्रभावकारी रूपमा काम गर्ने
आवश्यक परे किचनका सामान्य कामहरूमा सहयोग गर्ने
कार्यक्षेत्र सफा तथा व्यवस्थित राख्ने
