Job Description
मोमोका लागि आवश्यक सामग्री (आटा, मासु, तरकारी आदि) तयार गर्ने।
• विभिन्न प्रकारका मोमो (स्टीम मोमो, फ्राई मोमो, चिल्ली मोमो आदि) बनाउने।
• मोमोको स्टफिङ तयार गर्ने र उचित स्वाद मिलाउने।
• अर्डर अनुसार समयमै ताजा र स्वादिष्ट मोमो तयार गर्ने।
• भान्साको सरसफाइ तथा स्वच्छता कायम राख्ने।
• किचन उपकरण तथा भाँडाहरू सफा र व्यवस्थित राख्ने।
• खाद्य सामग्रीको सही प्रयोग तथा भण्डारण गर्ने।
• ग्राहकको माग अनुसार गुणस्तरीय सेवा दिने।
नोट: ड्युटी समय बिहान ९ बजेदेखि बेलुका ८:३० बजेसम्म रहनेछ।
