Job Description

  1. विभिन्न प्रकारका मोमो (भेज, चिकेन, बफ, फ्राइड, स्टीम) बनाउने।

  2. स्टफिङ (भराइ) तयार गर्ने र मोमोमा राम्रो ढंगले हाल्ने।

  3. आटा मोल्ने, बेल्ने र मोमो बनाउने प्रक्रिया पुरा गर्न सक्ने।

  4. सफा, स्वच्छ र व्यवस्थित रूपमा काम गर्न सक्ने।

  5. किचनको सरसफाइमा ध्यान दिने।

  6. आवश्यक सामग्रीहरूको तयारी र व्यवस्थापन गर्ने।

  7. प्रमुख शेफ वा सुपरभाइजरको निर्देशनमा काम गर्ने।

  8. समयमै अर्डर पूरा गर्ने र गुणस्तरीय खाना बनाउने।

    नोट:

    ड्युटी समय: बिहान ७:०० बजेदेखि बेलुका ७:०० बजेसम्म

    विभिन्न प्रकारका मोमो बनाउन/पकाउनमा दक्ष हुनुपर्छ।
