  1. मो:मो बनाउने सामग्रीको तयारी गर्ने (साग, मासु, मसला आदि)

  2. मो:मोको आटा राम्रोसँग गुँथ्ने र बेल्ने

  3. भराइ (स्टफिङ) तयार गर्ने र उचित मात्रामा प्रयोग गर्ने

  4. मो:मो राम्रो आकारमा बनाउने र छिटो बनाउने सीप हुनु पर्ने

  5. स्टीमरमा मो:मो राम्ररी पकाउने

  6. सरसफाइ र हाइजिनको ख्याल गर्ने

  7. अर्डर अनुसार मो:मो पकाउने र ग्राहकलाई समयमै परोस गर्ने

  8. स्टक र सामग्रीको हिसाब राख्ने

  9. आवश्यक परे अन्य किचन सहयोगी कामहरूमा साथ दिने

  10. व्यस्त समयमा टीमसँग मिलेर छिटो र राम्रो सेवा दिने
