Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Prepare and mix ingredients for momo fillings (vegetarian, chicken, pork, or other variants).

  2. Knead and roll dough to make momo wrappers with consistent thickness and size.

  3. Fill and shape momos by hand or using momo molds, ensuring proper sealing.

  4. Steam, fry, or boil momos as per menu or customer orders.

  5. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area in compliance with food safety standards.

  6. Ensure consistent taste, quality, and presentation of each momo batch.

  7. Monitor inventory of momo ingredients and report shortages.

  8. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely order fulfillment.

    Note: Duty time: 10 hours.
