Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Prepare different varieties of tea such as:

  2. Regular Nepali milk tea (chiya)

  3. Black tea (Kalo chiya)

  4. Masala tea (with spices)

  5. Ginger tea, cardamom tea, or other flavored teas

  6. Measure ingredients (tea leaves, milk, water, sugar, spices) accurately to maintain consistency.

  7. Boil and brew tea using traditional or modern methods.

  8. Serve tea in cups or glasses hygienically and promptly.

  9. Clean and maintain the tea-making area, utensils, and equipment.

  10. Manage inventory of tea-making ingredients and request restocks as needed.

  11. Handle customer requests and provide service with politeness and hospitality.

  12. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards per local health regulations.
