Job Description

  1. Diagnose and repair smartphones (hardware & software issues).

  2. Maintain cleanliness and order in the repair desk/workstation.

  3. Maintain records of repaired, pending, and returned devices.

  4. Communicate with customers regarding device status and issues.

  5. Coordinate with vendors/suppliers for spare parts and logistics.

  6. Ensure quality repair standards and timely delivery.

  7. Assist walk-in customers and manage basic service queries.

  8. Report daily work updates to the branch manager or system.

    Note:

    Facilities: Only Food, Dashain Bonus, Health Insurance

    Duty time: 10am to 7pm

    Working day: 6 day in a week
