Job Description

  1. Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, including cocktails, mocktails, and signature beverages.

  2. Innovate and develop new drink recipes and seasonal offerings.

  3. Maintain bar cleanliness, organization, and adherence to hygiene standards.

  4. Monitor and manage bar inventory, stock levels, and orders.

  5. Provide excellent customer service, recommend beverages, and engage with guests.

  6. Schedule and organize training to all bar staff and assist in training and mentoring junior bartenders.

  7. Maintain the quality and taste consistency of drinks.

  8. Ensure compliance with liquor laws and company policies.


Duty hour- 8 hour(shiftwise )
