मिठाई शेफ (Mithai Chef) को मुख्य जिम्मेवारीहरू
विभिन्न प्रकारका मिठाईहरू गुणस्तरीय र स्वादिष्ट रूपमा तयार गर्ने।
मिठाई बनाउन आवश्यक सामग्रीको सही मात्रा र गुणस्तर सुनिश्चित गर्ने।
मिठाई उत्पादन प्रक्रियामा स्वच्छता तथा खाद्य सुरक्षा मापदण्ड पालना गर्ने।
तयार मिठाईको स्वाद, गुणस्तर र प्रस्तुति जाँच गर्ने।
भान्सा तथा मिठाई बनाउने उपकरणहरू सफा, सुरक्षित र व्यवस्थित राख्ने।
