Job Description
Job Description of Assistant / Messenger:
1. Make good relation with piers, Client and Varosa Services.
2. Ensure the high quality service delivery on time.
3. You will be responsible to complete your task assigned by your supervisor.
4. You shall report to the supervisor designated by the Client.
5. You shall talk to Varosa Services regarding your grievances if any.
6. Every morning check papers in all printers and photocopy machines and fill as required.
7. Every morning and evening check all Air conditioners and heating/cooling equipment are switched on and off as appropriate.
8. Collection and distribution of newspaper to different sections.
9. Collection and distribution of various documents received from various companies to different sections and vice-versa.
10. Help to move and maintain office goods, furniture and equipment as and when necessary. 11. Delivery and collection of mail/documents from within office.
12. Shall manage and set-up of conference rooms for meeting.
13. Make photocopy and performs clerical/ messengers work and as when required.
14. Assist in organizing and maintaining of goods and stationary and office equipment etc. in the store in appropriate order.
15. Perform any other official duties assigned by the supervisor or client as appropriate. 16. Should have two-wheeler license and vehicle.
