1. Make daily workshop visits to make customers aware of our end-customers about our products and encourage them to purchase.

2. Address customer inquiries and complaints, quickly and efficiently and ensure conversion of queries to sales where possible.

3. Coupon collection and BTL Activities.

4. Any other task as assigned by the supervisor.
