Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategy Development

  2. Design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to build brand awareness and drive sales.

  3. Identify target audiences and develop positioning strategies.

  4. Campaign Management

  5. Plan, execute, and oversee multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, print, events, etc.).

  6. Coordinate with creative teams to produce promotional content.

  7. Market Research & Analysis

  8. Conduct market research to understand consumer behavior, trends, and competitors.

  9. Use analytics tools to measure campaign performance and ROI.

  10. Team Leadership

  11. Manage and mentor the marketing team, assigning tasks and ensuring timely delivery.

  12. Foster collaboration between internal teams and external vendors or agencies.

  13. Budget Management

  14. Develop and manage the marketing budget.

  15. Allocate resources efficiently to maximize impact and minimize costs.

  16. Brand Management

  17. Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels and materials.

  18. Monitor public perception of the brand and implement strategies to enhance reputation.

  19. Stakeholder Communication

  20. Liaise with sales, product development, and other departments to ensure marketing strategies align with overall business objectives.

  21. Present performance reports to stakeholders and recommend improvements.

    Qualifications:

  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).

  2. Experience: 3-7+ years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in a leadership role.

Skills:

  1. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  2. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Ads, SEO, CRM tools, etc.).

  3. Excellent communication, leadership, and project management abilities.

  4. Creativity with an eye for detail.

  5. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
