B2B Business Development: Identify, approach, and build high-value professional relationships with top-
tier education consultancies and study-abroad agencies across Kathmandu and greater Nepal.
Brand Advocacy & Promotion: Articulate and present the college’s unique selling propositions (USPs),
diverse course selections, modern campus facilities, and admission requirements to partner agencies.
Partner Empowerment & Training: Design and execute high-impact training sessions, workshops, and
presentations for consultancy counselors to seamlessly pitch our offerings to prospective students.
Market Expansion: Travel to major provincial hubs and regional cities outside Kathmandu to establish
new agency networks and widen market reach.
Event Representation: Lead, coordinate, and dynamically represent OBAN COLLEGE at local education
fairs, seminars, and high-profile partner events.
Market Intelligence & Reporting: Monitor shifting market trends, competitor activities, and student visa
dynamics to provide data-driven reports directly to our Australian head office.
Target Optimization: Consistently meet and exceed enrollment benchmarks through strategic partner
engagement and targeted marketing campaigns.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
Industry Expertise: Proven and verifiable professional experience within the Nepalese education
consultancy sector. Prior experience successfully promoting Australian education is highly preferred.
Corporate Presentation: Exceptional grooming standards and a highly polished, professional presentation style.
Communication Mastery: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in both English and Nepali, paired with powerful persuasive and negotiation abilities.
Strategic Networking: An active, pre-existing network of professional contacts within the Nepalese education consultancy ecosystem is a distinct advantage.
Mobility: Full flexibility and willingness to travel frequently within Kathmandu and to various regional cities across Nepal.
