Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to increase online sales and brand awareness.

  2. Manage social media platforms and create engaging content, including posts, reels, stories, and promotional materials.

  3. Support product listing and updates, including product descriptions, images, pricing, and offers.

  4. Assist in planning and executing online marketing campaigns, promotions, discounts, and seasonal offers.

  5. Conduct market and competitor research to identify customer trends and new business opportunities.

  6. Monitor customer engagement, respond to online inquiries, and coordinate with the sales and customer service teams.

  7. Track campaign performance, website/social media engagement, and sales results, and prepare basic marketing reports.

  8. Coordinate with the design, sales, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of marketing activities.

  9. Stay updated with current digital marketing trends, social media trends, and e-commerce practices.

    Note: Candidates from Maharajgunj and Budanilkantha areas are highly preferred.
