Job Description

  1. Baking & Preparation

    • Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, cakes, and desserts according to recipes and quality standards.

  2. Recipe Development & Innovation

    • Create new baked goods, experiment with flavors, and adapt recipes based on seasonal ingredients and customer feedback.

  3. Kitchen Management

    • Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensure timely production, and maintain a clean, organized, and efficient baking environment.

  4. Inventory & Ingredient Handling

    • Monitor inventory levels, order supplies as needed, and ensure all ingredients are fresh and properly stored.

  5. Quality Control & Hygiene Compliance

    • Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene, ensuring all products meet presentation and taste expectations.
