Job Description

  1. Oversee daily restaurant operations ensuring smooth workflow and service quality.

  2. Manage, train, and supervise staff including waiters, cooks, and support personnel.

  3. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for timely procurement.

  4. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.

  5. Handle customer complaints and feedback to maintain high satisfaction.

  6. Prepare and manage budgets, financial reports, and cost control measures.

  7. Plan and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and brand visibility.

  8. Coordinate with chefs and kitchen staff to maintain menu quality and consistency.

Note: Duty hours are 10 hours per day.
