Job Description

  1. Perform routine maintenance on mechanical systems, electrical equipment, and plumbing.

  2. Inspect and troubleshoot equipment and facilities regularly.

  3. Conduct repairs on walls, doors, floors, windows, and fixtures.

  4. Monitor and maintain heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems.

  5. Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff or management.

  6. Assist in the setup and maintenance of office or facility infrastructure.

  7. Maintain inventory of tools, supplies, and repair parts.

  8. Follow safety standards and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

  9. Keep accurate maintenance records and report issues to supervisors
