Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and facilities
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
Conduct inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure smooth operations
Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies
Maintain accurate records of repairs, services, and equipment history
Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies
Coordinate with external vendors for specialized repairs or services
Install, test, and calibrate equipment and machinery as needed
Support energy-saving initiatives and sustainability efforts
Report major issues to supervisors and suggest improvement solutions
Note: Diploma in Electricity and Plumbing from a recognized technical or vocational institute.
Additional technical training or certifications in maintenance, electrical systems, or HVAC is a plus.
Minimum 3 years of experience in engineering or maintenance roles, preferably in a manufacturing, industrial, hospitality, or facilities environment.
