Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform general maintenance tasks including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and painting work.

  • Conduct regular inspections of premises and equipment.

  • Respond to maintenance requests and fix issues promptly.

  • Assist in setting up equipment or furniture when needed.

  • Maintain tools, equipment, and maintenance records properly.

  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

  • Support preventive maintenance programs.

  • Report major repair needs to supervisors or management.

  • Keep the workplace clean and organized during and after tasks.
