Job Description

  1. Surveying buildings and repair mechanical systems

  2. Performing maintenance of electrical systems

  3. Assisting in the setup of ventilation, refrigeration and other systems

  4. Survey buildings and repair mechanical systems to ensure they are consistent with health and safety standards

  5. Perform maintenance of electrical systems (replace light bulbs and sockets, clean and repair circuit breaker panels etc.)

  6. Maintain heating and plumbing systems to ensure functionality

  7. Perform manual repairs when necessary .
