Job Description

  1. Visit borrowers to collect overdue loan payments and negotiate repayment plans.​

  2. Assess borrower financial situations and recommend restructuring options when needed.​

  3. Maintain detailed records of recovery activities, communications, and outcomes in databases.​

  4. Issue legal notices and coordinate with management on delinquent accounts.​

  5. Travel to borrower locations using personal or company vehicle for field collections.​

  6. Report recovery progress, challenges, and success rates to supervisors regularly.

---Note: A valid two-wheeler driving license is mandatory.
