The Livelihood Officer is responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring livelihood-
related interventions in the project areas. This role focuses on supporting communities through
vocational training, small business development, market linkages, and other livelihood
enhancement activities to strengthen household resilience and economic well-being.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Plan, implement, and monitor livelihood promotion activities in the project area.

Required Qualification and Experience:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in livelihood, community development, or similar

Good knowledge of participatory development approaches and local economic

Strong communication, coordination, and reporting skills.
Experience in agriculture, vocational training, or small enterprise development.
Proficiency in MS Office applications and Nepali & English languages.
Willingness to travel and work in rural field settings.
