    3. Route Planning and Navigation: Plans efficient routes to ensure timely deliveries while adhering to safety and traffic regulations.

    4. Vehicle Maintenance: Maintains the vehicle in good working condition, performing regular checks and reporting any issues to ensure safe and reliable transportation.

    5. Customer Interaction: Provides excellent customer service by communicating clearly and professionally with clients during pickups and deliveries.
