Job Description:
Clean and sanitize kitchen utensils, plates, cutlery, cookware, and other equipment.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen, washing area, and storage areas.
Operate dishwashing and cleaning equipment safely and properly.
Collect, wash, dry, and return kitchen items to their designated places.
Dispose of garbage and food waste properly according to hygiene standards.
Assist kitchen staff with basic cleaning, preparation, and other support duties when required.
Follow food safety, health, safety, and hygiene procedures at all times.
