Job Description
  1. Food Preparation: Assist in the preparation of traditional dishes like jeri, puri, chole, and bature, ensuring consistent taste, quality, and presentation.

  2. Kitchen Support: Help maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, including washing utensils, cutting ingredients, and assisting the chef as needed.

  3. Cooking Assistance: Fry puris and bature to perfection and prepare jeri under guidance or independently, adhering to recipes and safety standards.

  4. Inventory Management: Monitor ingredient stock levels and report shortages to the supervisor for timely replenishment.

  5. Hygiene and Safety Compliance: Follow food safety regulations, maintain cleanliness of the work area, and ensure the hygienic handling of food at all times

    1.खाना तयारी: जेरी, पुरी, छोले, र भटुरेजस्ता परम्परागत परिकारहरूको तयारीमा सहयोग गर्ने, स्थिर स्वाद, गुणस्तर, र प्रस्तुति सुनिश्चित गर्ने।

    2.भान्साको सहयोग: भान्सामा सफाइ र व्यवस्थापन कायम राख्न मद्दत गर्ने, जसमा भाँडाकुँडा धुने, सामग्री काट्ने, र आवश्यकताअनुसार सेफलाई सहयोग गर्ने।

    3.पकाउने सहयोग: पुरी र भटुरे राम्रोसँग फ्राई गर्ने र निर्देशनअनुसार वा स्वतन्त्र रूपमा जेरी तयार गर्ने, रेसिपी र सुरक्षा मापदण्डहरू पालना गर्दै।

    4.सामग्री व्यवस्थापन: सामग्रीको भण्डार स्तरको निगरानी गर्ने र समयमै पूर्तिका लागि कमी भएको अवस्थामा सुपरभाइजरलाई जानकारी दिने।

    5.स्वच्छता र सुरक्षा पालना: खाद्य सुरक्षा नियमहरूको पालना गर्ने, कार्यक्षेत्रको सफाइ कायम राख्ने, र सधैं खाद्य पदार्थलाई स्वच्छ रूपमा ह्यान्डल गर्ने सुनिश्चित गर्ने।
