कार्य विवरण:

  1. शेफ तथा किचन स्टाफलाई दैनिक खाना तयारी तथा पकाउने काममा सहयोग गर्ने।

  2. तरकारी, मासु तथा अन्य खाद्य सामग्री धुने, काट्ने र तयारी गर्ने।

  3. भान्सा, भाँडाकुँडा तथा कार्यस्थलको सरसफाइ र स्वच्छता कायम राख्ने।

  4. भाँडाकुँडा, कुकवेयर तथा किचन उपकरणहरू सफा गर्ने।

  5. खाद्य सामग्री तथा किचन सामानहरू उचित रूपमा भण्डारण गर्ने र स्टक जाँच गर्ने।

  6. खाद्य सुरक्षा, सरसफाइ तथा कार्यस्थलको सुरक्षा सम्बन्धी नियमहरू पालना गर्ने।

  7. शेफ वा किचन सुपरभाइजरले तोकेका अन्य आवश्यक भान्सा सम्बन्धी कामहरू गर्ने।
