Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assist the cook and kitchen staff with daily food preparation and kitchen activities.

  2. Wash, peel, cut, and prepare vegetables, meat, spices, and other ingredients as required.

  3. Keep the kitchen, cooking area, utensils, and equipment clean and organized.

  4. Wash dishes, plates, glasses, and other kitchen utensils properly.

  5. Receive, arrange, and store food supplies and kitchen materials appropriately.

  6. Follow food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards at all times.

  7. Assist with serving, packing food, and other kitchen duties as assigned by the cook or supervisor.
