Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Service: Welcome customers warmly, assist with seating, and provide friendly and professional service throughout their visit.

  2. Order Taking: Present the menu, explain food and beverage options, take accurate orders, and communicate them clearly to the kitchen and barista.

  3. Food & Beverage Service: Serve food, coffee, and beverages promptly and correctly while maintaining proper presentation and service standards.

  4. Table Management: Set up, clear, and clean tables, ensuring the café dining area is neat, organized, and welcoming.

  5. Customer Satisfaction: Respond politely to customer requests, feedback, and concerns and coordinate with the supervisor when necessary.

  6. Billing Support: Assist with billing and payment collection when required and ensure orders and bills are accurate.

  7. Hygiene & Teamwork: Maintain personal hygiene and cleanliness of the service area while working closely with the kitchen, barista, and other café staff.

Duty Hour: 9AM - 7PM

Working Days: 6 Days a Week

Note:

The employee is required to work 2 hours of overtime as needed, and the company will provide additional payment for the overtime hours worked.
