Job Description

About the Job

You will work at our Central Kitchen, helping prepare gravy and meat items that are sent to all our outlets. This job needs someone hardworking, clean in habits, and willing to help wherever needed, from cooking preparation to inventory and loading support.

What You Will Do

  1. Follow the company SOP Guideline strictly at all times, this is compulsory for every task

  2. Assist the Central Kitchen Incharge with daily kitchen work

  3. Help prepare gravy items and meat products following the standard recipe

  4. Prepare cooking ingredients, washing, peeling, cutting, and arranging utensils

  5. Cut and prepare chicken and meat items as required

  6. Keep the kitchen area, equipment, and storage clean at all times

  7. Manage inventory, check stock levels, receive incoming supplies, and inform the Incharge when items are running low

  8. Help load and unload items for outlet deliveries when needed

  9. Follow hygiene and safety steps at all times, gloves, hairnet, and proper food handling

  10. Build good working relationships with coworkers to maintain a positive work environment

    Note:

    Duty Hour: 6AM - 4PM

    Working Days: 6 Days a week ( Monday off)

    Experience in chicken cutting or butchery will be given priority

    Candidates who can travel and help with vehicle loading and unloading will be given priority
