Job Description

कामको जिम्मेवारी:

  1. किचनमा खाना पकाउन आवश्यक सामग्रीहरू सफा गर्ने, काट्ने र तयारी गर्ने।

  2. Chef तथा Cook लाई खाना तयारी र पकाउने काममा आवश्यक सहयोग गर्ने।

  3. भाँडा, किचन उपकरण तथा कार्यस्थल सफा र व्यवस्थित राख्ने।

  4. खाद्य सामग्रीहरू उचित तरिकाले भण्डारण र व्यवस्थित गर्न सहयोग गर्ने।

  5. किचनमा आवश्यक सामग्रीहरू समयमै उपलब्ध गराउने।

  6. फोहोर व्यवस्थापन गर्ने र किचनमा स्वच्छता तथा Hygiene कायम राख्ने।

  7. Chef/Supervisor ले तोकेको अन्य किचनसम्बन्धी काम जिम्मेवारीपूर्वक पूरा गर्ने।
