खाना पकाउन आवश्यक सामग्री धुने, छिल्ने, काट्ने तथा तयारी गर्ने।
कुक तथा शेफलाई खाना तयारी र पकाउने कार्यमा आवश्यक सहयोग गर्ने।
भान्साका भाँडा, उपकरण तथा कार्यक्षेत्र सफा र व्यवस्थित राख्ने।
खाद्य सामग्री तथा भान्साका सामानहरू उचित रूपमा भण्डारण र व्यवस्थापन गर्ने।
आवश्यक सामग्री तथा स्टकको उपलब्धता सुनिश्चित गरी अभाव भएमा जानकारी गराउने।
भान्साको सरसफाइ, खाद्य सुरक्षा तथा स्वच्छता सम्बन्धी मापदण्ड पालना गर्ने।
भान्साबाट निस्कने फोहोर उचित रूपमा व्यवस्थापन गर्ने।
व्यस्त समयमा कुक तथा अन्य भान्सा कर्मचारीलाई आवश्यक सहयोग गर्ने।
निर्देशनअनुसार अन्य आवश्यक भान्सासम्बन्धी कार्यहरू जिम्मेवारीपूर्वक सम्पन्न गर्ने।
