Job Description

मुख्य जिम्मेवारीहरू:

  1. खाना पकाउन आवश्यक खाद्य सामग्री सफा गर्ने, काटछाँट गर्ने र तयारी गर्ने।

  2. Chef तथा Cook लाई खाना तयारी, पकाउने र परिकार प्रस्तुत गर्ने कार्यमा सहयोग गर्ने।

  3. भाँडा, किचन उपकरण तथा cooking utensils सफा र व्यवस्थित राख्ने।

  4. Kitchen work station, sink तथा अन्य कार्यक्षेत्रको नियमित सरसफाइ गर्ने।

  5. खाद्य सामग्री, मसला तथा kitchen supplies को उचित भण्डारण र व्यवस्थापन गर्ने।

  6. Food Hygiene, Food Safety तथा व्यक्तिगत सरसफाइसम्बन्धी मापदण्ड कडाइका साथ पालना गर्ने।

  7. Chef/Supervisor को निर्देशनअनुसार तोकिएको काम समयमै, जिम्मेवारीपूर्वक र प्रभावकारी रूपमा पूरा गर्ने।
