Job Description

मुख्य जिम्मेवारीहरू:

  1. Chef तथा kitchen team लाई दैनिक खाना तयारी तथा पकाउने काममा सहयोग गर्ने।

  2. तरकारी, दाल, चामल, मासु तथा अन्य खाद्य सामग्री सफा गर्ने, काट्ने र तयारी गर्ने।

  3. खाना तयार गर्दा सरसफाइ, hygiene र food safety का मापदण्डहरू कडाइका साथ पालना गर्ने।

  4. तयार खाना तथा खाद्य सामग्रीको उचित भण्डारण र सुरक्षित handling गर्ने।

  5. Kitchen, cooking area, utensils तथा equipment सफा र व्यवस्थित राख्ने।

  6. खाना वितरण तथा serving को समयमा kitchen team लाई आवश्यक सहयोग गर्ने।

  7. खाद्य सामग्रीको stock व्यवस्थापनमा सहयोग गर्ने र अनावश्यक wastage हुन नदिने।

  8. Chef वा supervisor को निर्देशनअनुसार अन्य आवश्यक kitchen सम्बन्धी कामहरू जिम्मेवारीपूर्वक पूरा गर्ने।

Note:

Duty Hour: 6AM - 3PM and 1PM - 10PM
