Job Description

मुख्य जिम्मेवारीहरू:

  1. Chef तथा kitchen team लाई दैनिक food preparation र kitchen operations मा सहयोग गर्ने।

  2. तरकारी, मासु, मसला तथा अन्य सामग्री काट्ने, सफा गर्ने र तयारी गर्ने।

  3. Food items लाई सही तरिकाले handle, store र label गर्ने।

  4. Kitchen, work station तथा cooking area सफा र व्यवस्थित राख्ने।

  5. भाँडा, kitchen utensils तथा equipment सफा गर्न सहयोग गर्ने।

  6. Food preparation का लागि आवश्यक सामग्री समयमै उपलब्ध गराउने।

  7. Food wastage कम गर्न र सामग्रीको उचित प्रयोग गर्न सहयोग गर्ने।

  8. Chef तथा supervisor को निर्देशनअनुसार अन्य आवश्यक kitchen कामहरू जिम्मेवारीपूर्वक पूरा गर्ने।

    Note:

    Duty Hour: 10 hours a day

    Working Days: 6 days a week

    This position is for Nepaltar and Newroad.
