Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist chefs and kitchen staff with daily food preparation.

  • Wash, peel, cut, and prepare vegetables, meat, and other ingredients.

  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and food preparation areas.

  • Assist in arranging and storing kitchen ingredients and supplies properly.

  • Support chefs during busy service hours.

  • Help with basic kitchen cleaning and equipment maintenance.

  • Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety standards.

  • Perform other kitchen-related duties as assigned by the Head Chef or supervisor.

    Note:

    Duty Hour: 10 hours a day
