Job Description
मुख्य जिम्मेवारीहरू:
मोमो, काठी रोल, चटनी, सस तथा अन्य परिकार तयार गर्न किचन टिमलाई सहयोग गर्ने।
तरकारी, मासु तथा अन्य खाद्य सामग्री धुने, काट्ने र तयारी गर्ने।
खाना तयारी तथा सर्भिस समयमा कुक तथा किचन स्टाफलाई सहयोग गर्ने।
किचन, भाँडाकुँडा तथा कार्यस्थल सफा र व्यवस्थित राख्ने।
खाद्य सामग्री तथा किचन सामग्री उचित रूपमा भण्डारण गर्ने।
खाद्य स्वच्छता तथा सुरक्षा सम्बन्धी नियमहरू पालना गर्ने।
भाँडाकुँडा सफा गर्ने तथा आवश्यक सामान्य किचन कार्यहरू गर्ने।
सर्भिस सुरु हुनुअघि आवश्यक सामग्रीहरू तयारी अवस्थामा राख्ने।
खाद्य सामग्रीको सही प्रयोग गरी अनावश्यक खेर जान नदिने।
किचन इन्चार्जले दिएको अन्य किचनसम्बन्धी जिम्मेवारी पूरा गर्ने।
