Job Description
मुख्य जिम्मेवारीहरू:
Cook लाई खाना तयार गर्न, काट्न, सफा गर्न तथा अन्य kitchen काममा सहयोग गर्ने।
तरकारी, मासु, मसला तथा अन्य खाद्य सामग्रीहरू तयारी गर्ने।
Kitchen, utensils, cooking equipment तथा work area सफा र व्यवस्थित राख्ने।
खाना तथा खाद्य सामग्रीहरू सही तरिकाले भण्डारण गर्ने र hygiene कायम राख्ने।
भाँडा माझ्ने तथा kitchen का आवश्यक सामग्रीहरू सफा गर्ने।
खाद्य सामग्रीको stock व्यवस्थापनमा सहयोग गर्ने र आवश्यक सामग्री सकिन लागेको जानकारी दिने।
Food wastage कम गर्ने र Kitchen Safety तथा Hygiene नियमहरू पालना गर्ने।
आवश्यकता अनुसार Cook तथा अन्य Kitchen Staff लाई सहयोग गर्दै तोकिएको अन्य kitchen सम्बन्धी काम गर्ने।
Duty Hour: 10 hours
8AM to 6 PM and 8 pm to 6 AM
