हेड कुकलाई बिहान, दिउँसो र बेलुकाको खाना तयार गर्न सहयोग गर्ने।
तरकारी, मासु तथा अन्य खाद्य सामग्री धुने, काट्ने, छिल्ने र तयारी गर्ने।
आवश्यकतानुसार खाना पकाउने, सस/म्यारिनेड तयार गर्ने तथा खाना सर्भ गर्न सहयोग गर्ने।
व्यस्त समयमा हेड कुकलाई सहयोग गर्दै किचनको काम सुचारु रूपमा सञ्चालन गर्न मद्दत गर्ने।
किचन, भाँडाकुँडा, उपकरण तथा कार्यस्थललाई सफा र व्यवस्थित राख्ने।
खाद्य सामग्रीलाई उचित रूपमा भण्डारण गर्ने तथा खाद्य सुरक्षा र सरसफाइका नियमहरू पालना गर्ने।
किचनका सामग्री तथा सप्लाईहरू प्राप्त गर्ने, जाँच गर्ने र व्यवस्थित रूपमा राख्ने तथा सामग्री कम भएमा हेड कुकलाई जानकारी गराउने।
खाद्य सामग्रीको खेर जाने मात्रा कम गर्ने र हेड कुक/व्यवस्थापनले तोकेको अन्य किचनसम्बन्धी काम गर्ने।

Evening Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

During peak season, staff may need to work longer hours depending on the number of guests.
Working Conditions in Mustang
• Working in Mustang is different from working in a city. During the peak tourist and holiday seasons, the workload can become very busy, and staff must be flexible and willing to work longer hours when required
• Leave during peak season is restricted and must be approved by management in advance.
• Staff should be comfortable working under female leadership and be respectful of all members of the management team.
