Job Description

मुख्य जिम्मेवारीहरू:

  1. कुकलाई दैनिक खाना तयारी तथा पकाउने कार्यमा आवश्यक सहयोग गर्ने।

  2. तरकारी, मासु, मसला तथा अन्य खाद्य सामग्रीको काटछाँट, सफाइ र तयारी गर्ने।

  3. किचनमा आवश्यक भाँडा, प्लेट, उपकरण तथा सामग्रीहरू तयार अवस्थामा राख्ने।

  4. खाना पकाउने क्रममा कुकलाई आवश्यक सामग्री तथा उपकरण उपलब्ध गराउने।

  5. प्रयोग भएका भाँडा, उपकरण तथा किचन कार्यस्थल सफा गर्ने।

  6. खाद्य सामग्रीको उचित भण्डारण तथा व्यवस्थापनमा सहयोग गर्ने।

  7. किचनमा सरसफाइ, स्वच्छता तथा खाद्य सुरक्षा मापदण्ड कायम राख्ने।

  8. किचनमा आवश्यक अन्य दैनिक काम तथा व्यवस्थापनसम्बन्धी कार्यमा सहयोग गर्ने।

  9. कुक तथा किचन टिमसँग समन्वय गरी जिम्मेवारी अनुशासित र प्रभावकारी रूपमा पूरा गर्ने।
