मुख्य जिम्मेवारीहरू:

  1. खाना तयारीका लागि आवश्यक सामग्रीहरू सफा गर्ने, काट्ने र तयार पार्ने।

  2. भान्साको सरसफाइ, स्वच्छता र व्यवस्थितता कायम राख्ने।

  3. खाना पकाउने क्रममा कुकलाई आवश्यक सहयोग गर्ने।

  4. भाँडा, भान्साका उपकरण तथा अन्य सामग्रीहरू सफा गर्ने र उचित स्थानमा राख्ने।

  5. खाद्य सामग्रीहरू सही तरिकाले भण्डारण गर्ने र स्टक व्यवस्थापनमा सहयोग गर्ने।

  6. खाना तयार गर्ने र सेवा गर्ने प्रक्रियामा आवश्यक सहयोग पुर्‍याउने।

  7. खाद्य सुरक्षा तथा सरसफाइसम्बन्धी नियमहरूको पालना गर्दै जिम्मेवारीपूर्वक काम गर्ने।

    Note:

    Duty Time: 10 AM - 10 PM

    3 days off in a month
