Job Description

  1. चकलेट तयार गर्न सहयोग गर्नु र सामग्री तयारीमा हातेमालो गर्नु।

  2. पाक सामग्रीको भण्डारण र व्यवस्थापन गर्नु।

  3. रसोईको सफाई र व्यक्तिगत स्वास्थ्य/स्वच्छता कायम राख्नु।

  4. उपकरण र मशीनहरूको उचित प्रयोग र मर्मतमा ध्यान दिनु।

  5. दैनिक स्टक जाँच र रिपोर्ट तयार पार्न सहयोग गर्नु।

  6. आवश्यकतानुसार सामग्री काट्ने, मिक्स गर्ने वा तयारी गर्ने कार्य गर्नु।

  7. व्यावसायिक नियमअनुसार खाद्य सुरक्षा मापदण्ड पालना गर्नु।

  8. वरिष्ठ सेफ/किचन हेडको निर्देशनमा सहकार्य गर्नु।

नोट: काम गर्ने समय बिहान १० बजे देखि बेलुका ६ बजे सम्म।
