Job Description

  1. Greeting customers, taking food and drink orders, serving tables, handling payments and maintaining a clean dining area.

  2. Proficient in coffee brewing techniques and latte art.

  3. Upselling and promoting special menu

  4. Using positive communication to enhance customer satisfaction and addressing complaints professionally

  5. Working efficiently under pressure during rush hours and flexible to work during weekends and holidays.

Duty hour-12 PM - 9 PM
