Job Description

  1. Assist the chef/cook in preparing ingredients for burgers, sandwiches, and other menu items.

  2. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen, utensils, and equipment.

  3. Wash, cut, and organize vegetables, meats, and other ingredients as needed.

  4. Help in assembling burgers, sandwiches, and fast food items according to menu standards.

  5. Ensure proper storage of ingredients and check expiry dates regularly.

  6. Read and understand the menu to assist in food preparation efficiently.

  7. Dispose of kitchen waste properly and maintain overall kitchen order.

  8. Support the kitchen team in daily operations and follow instructions promptly.

Note: Duty hours are from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM
