  1. भान्सामा सफा र सुसज्जित वातावरण कायम राख्न

  2. मुख्य शेफ वा कुकलाई खाना पकाउने क्रममा सहयोग पुर्‍याउन

  3. तरकारी काट्ने, छिल्ने, धुने र तयारी गर्ने काममा सहायता गर्न

  4. भान्सामा प्रयोग हुने भाँडाकुडा सफा गर्ने र राख्न

  5. खाना पकाउने सामग्रीको सही तरिकाले भण्डारण गर्न

  6. भान्सा क्षेत्रमा सरसफाइ र हाइजिनको ख्याल राख्न

  7. खाली कन्टेनर, फोहोर, र फाल्नुपर्ने सामाग्रीलाई ठिक तरिकाले व्यवस्थापन गर्न

  8. स्टकमा रहेका सामानहरूको हिसाब राख्न सहयोग गर्न

  9. खानाको तयारीमा चाहिने आवश्यक सामग्री समयमै उपलब्ध गराउन

  10. कम्पनीको नियमअनुसार अन्य आवश्यक कामहरूमा पनि सहयोग पुर्‍याउन
