Job Description

  1. काठी रोल (Katti Roll) तयार गर्ने, रोटी/र्‍याप बनाउने तथा फिलिङ सही तरिकाले राख्ने

  2. दिइएको रेसिपी र मापदण्ड अनुसार खाना तयार गर्ने

  3. किचनमा प्रयोग हुने सामग्री (सामाग्री) तयारी र स्टक मिलाउने

  4. किचनको सरसफाइ, भाँडा माझ्ने र कार्यस्थल सफा राख्ने

  5. खाद्य पदार्थको गुणस्तर, स्वच्छता र हाइजिन मापदण्ड पालना गर्ने

  6. मुख्य कुक/शेफलाई दैनिक किचन कार्यमा सहयोग गर्ने

  7. अर्डर अनुसार खाना छिटो र समयमै तयार गर्ने

  8. किचनका उपकरणहरू सुरक्षित रूपमा प्रयोग र संरक्षण गर्ने
