Job Description

Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Engineering with minimum one year of

experience in relevant field

 Exceptional ability to provide technical support and resolve queries.

 In-depth knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networks.

 Ability to determine IT needs and train end-users.

 Ability to keep up with technical innovation and trends especially in e-commerce.

 Proactive and able to work both independently and within a team

 Good organizational skills including prioritizing, scheduling, time management, and meeting

deadlines

Job Description

 Providing IT assistance to staff and customers.

 Managing the company's backend system.

 Consulting with IT managers and other departments as required.

 Changing configurations, settings and permissions to fix computer issues

 Generating sign ins for new hires during the onboarding process

 Installing new software and hardware drivers and updating existing ones as needed

 Keeping track of technological advancements and trends in e-commerce.

 Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone)

 Possibly training junior staff

 Testing new technology

 To support and advise on downtime procedures and business continuity to ensure that they are

adopted successfully in their allocated local work area

 Rapidly establish a good working relationship with customers and other professionals, such as

software developers
