Job Description

  1. Maintain, troubleshoot, and enhance IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networks.

  2. Ensure the security and integrity of all data and IT systems.

  3. Provide technical support to staff and guests, resolving issues efficiently.

  4. Manage and update the resort’s website and booking platforms.

  5. Oversee and implement IT-related projects, such as system upgrades and new software installations.

  6. Ensure the functionality of CCTV, Wi-Fi, and other technology-based services within the resort.

  7. Maintain an inventory of IT assets and recommend upgrades or replacements.

  8. Train staff on new software, tools, and technology usage.
