Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in food preparation and basic cooking tasks (e.g. chopping vegetables, preparing ingredients).

  • Follow recipes and presentation standards as directed by senior kitchen staff.

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workstations.

  • Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.

  • Store food items properly and monitor inventory as needed.

  • Comply with health and safety regulations (HACCP, sanitation standards).

  • Support chefs in preparing meals during service hours.

  • Assist in receiving and storing kitchen deliveries.

    Note:Duty Time 10 Hours and CTC 24,640 + Lodging & Fooding is available.
